Over the last 30 years ago, we have branched out from our origins in print scarves to dyed, Jacquard, knit, fur, and other textures. Today, we stand proudly behind our flagship product -- stoles.
Our production sites span across Japan (Kiryu, Yokohama, Gifu) and China (Shanghai, Suzhou) where we have alliances with local factories, matching our product and technique to the particular expertise and resources of the locale.
From the development of original products to the OEM for apparel brand names, we have a track record of achievement that spans many years. We put our clients to ease by managing the entire process -- from the initial plan proposal to the sample prototype, production, inspection, and all the way through to shipping.

Planning & Design
First, we ask for your needs and request(s).
Then, as the elements of Brand Concept, Season Concept, and Clothing Balance crystallize, we will propose materials and brands.
Materials：With stoles, since the feel is so important, we use a different weave and texture density than we would for clothing production.
We utilize materials to match the season.
Pattern：If we use a pre-existing design, we can enter production without the additional cost of creating a pattern.
Otherwise, we can take your brand original pattern from start to finish.
★At this point, we are finalizing the turnaround time and cost.

Sample Prototype
Once the materials and pattern are established, we move into sample production.
Before we create the sample, we can look at a computer-generated color simulation to ascertain the color scheme and overall image.
Then, once the sample is created, we can confirm the revisions and, absent any problems, we can proceed to production.
★It brings us great joy to watch our discussions and simulations materialize into a product.

Production
Generally speaking, we send large orders to China and produce small orders domestically. Depending on the situation and product, we flexibly handle this on a case-by-case basis.
Whether production takes place in China or Japan, our production supervisor maintains close contact with the factory to ensure everything goes smoothly.
★Especially in the case of overseas production, we pay special attention to the detailed aspects and areas of concern in the order.

Inspection - Shipment
Aligning with your standards, we go point-by-point through our inspections.
Inspection：With items manufactured overseas, rest assured an inspection process ensures they measure up to the high quality standards expected by the Japanese customer.
Deliver：We deliver as you specify. For example, you can instruct us to "make sure the price tag is visible", or to ask for "Bundles of ten, please".
★With overseas production, transportation costs have dropped in price so we can more easily handle short turnaround cycles and/or small lot orders at reasonable prices.
